What Is Our Focus?

First Year – Our focus and theme for the first year is “Identity”. We are absolutely focused on seeing revivalists emerge boldly from our first year class and walk in the supernatural works of God. This only comes from a believer who receives God’s immeasurable love, knows their true identity in Jesus Christ and possesses a passion to influence others alongside their community!

Second Year – Our focus and theme for the second year is “Leadership”. Different from the first year class, we want to actively engage this class in stepping into their purpose and mountain of influence. In the context of community accountability, we ask these individuals to step forward and begin walking in new levels of leadership whether they’ve been leading others for a long time or it’s a brand new experience! You can learn to lead in your sphere of influence!

The Visual Identity

The visual identity of the EQUIP School of Ministry is the Mountain. It is our passionate desire to see revivalist leaders emerge and possess their call to significant Mountains of Influence.

A mountain represents the peak of strength and influence. We believe that God has called ordinary individuals to reshape the culture we live in extraordinarily through and by the Holy Spirit. We refer to those cultural areas as 7 key Mountains of Influence:

  • Arts & Entertainment
  • Business
  • Church
  • Education
  • Family
  • Government
  • Media
